A special dinner will be prepared by Our Executive Chef and culinary team. Our featured dishes include Carved Herb Roasted Sirloin with rosemary au jus and horseradish crème, Roasted Gulf Grouper with Mango Chutney, Habanero Beurre Blanc & Chicken Piccata with Lemon Butter Caper sauce with Roasted Garlic Mashed potatoes and sautéed Vegetable Medley. And for desert a Strawberry Cheesecake with Chantilly Cream and Strawberry Sauce or Fudge Brownie with Chocolate Ganache & whipped topping. Doors Open at 4pm and Dinner starts at 5pm.
