• Designated Parking: Handicap-accessible (van-accessible) parking spaces located adjacent to main entrances.
• Accessible Check-In: Front desk and check-in counter are ADA compliant.
• Spacious Layouts: Large open aisles and corridors throughout common areas for ease of movement.
• Elevator Access: Dunes Building features elevators with 42″ x 84″ entry doors to accommodate mobility devices.
• Boardwalk Access: A 10-foot-wide wooden boardwalk runs along the Gulf side for beachside accessibility.
• Ramped Dune Access: Our central dune crossover includes a ramp for convenient beach access.
